- We reply by email. If you have not sent your bills yet, we ask for the last three or four. Forward them as they are.
- We size it from your bills. We work out the call pack from what you actually call. You do not need to count minutes or fill in a spreadsheet.
- You get a written quote. What you would pay, what is included, what is not, and what happens to your numbers. If your current deal is already good, we say so.
